It's a 3x9 Forced Matrix
Note: Each level has a Multipler of from $1 to $4 based upon the amount of the Autoship order of each Rep and Customer. The values below are for the Basic $49 autoship purchase. So in reality you can earn from $1 to $16 per level based on the chart below..

Other Qualifications and Bonuses
(Note: Each Person must Meet Ordering Requirements)
First Level - Enroll 1 Rep - earn 3 levels of the Matrix
Second Level - Enroll 2 Reps - earn 6 levels of the Matrix
Third Level - Enroll 3 Reps - earn 9 levels of the Matrix
Levels 4-8. - earn 9 levels of the Matrix -Plus earn from 15% -45% Matching Bonus on all Personally Enrolled Reps Plus you can earn a 5% matching bonus down to your 3rd level of enrolled reps plus earn up to 5 Shares in a Special Bonus Pool
Plus there are other advancement and revenue sharing pools.
